About Our Camp

During the weeklong camp, Sea City participants work at selected home sites during the day and spend the night at local host churches. Adult foremen and home supervisors are assigned to each work location. Youth in teams of 10-13 actually perform most of the repairs, including putting on roofs, doing exterior painting and a wide variety of repairs to the exterior of the house as needed. Experience is not a requirement! Youth are often amazed at the new skills they've learned which helps to increase their own self-worth.

At the end of each workday, participants are transported back to their host church for an evening of fun, fellowship and worship. Camp will be held at Grace United Methodist Church in Calallen, with girls and boys having separate sleeping quarters with adult supervision.
