2013 Camp Theme

SOLD OUT

Determine the few things in life that truly matter to you, and sell out to being great in those areas.
Philippians 3:13-14 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Sunday
Spiritual Impact Be who God called you to be in all areas of your life.
Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

Monday
Optimism Live a regret free life by always giving your all.
Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Tuesday
Let Go & Let God Your life is only enriched when you live it for a purpose bigger than yourself. Live for yourself and you'll never be satisfied.
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Wednesday
Determination You have to constantly "press on" and never stop pushing to be better. Hence, be Sold Out! You have to be willing to give your all, even when other people aren't.
Psalms 61:2 From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Thursday
Opportunity Be the one to make a spiritual impact on those around you.
Colossians 4:5 Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.

Friday
Unity & Teamwork All the things needed to truly be successful in sports are also required to be successful in life. Overcoming adversity. Flexibility. Teamwork. Commitment. Perseverance. The list goes on and on, but all of this is encompassed in life's most important thing: Relationships. It's just an incredible package.
Ephesians 4:25 Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.
